A Standard Sized Necklace is 17” with a 4” extender for adjustability. |

Do you Repair Jewelry ? |
| A: |
Yes. We repair jewelry free of charge within 3 days from the day you recieve the item from TarinaTarantino.com. After 3 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $7 per item depending on the item, plus a shipping cost. As we do repair jewelry at our discretion, you must contact customer service for an RA# (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. The RA# is valid for only 5 days and will not be accepted anytime after those 5 days expire. You can obtain an RA# by emailing customer service at service@tarinatarantino.com. We reserve the right to refuse packages without an RA #, or an invoice. |

I don't have my original invoice/packing slip, can my return still be accepted? |

You must present a copy of your invoice/ packing slip to accept any returns or repairs. If you do not have either, please contact our Customer Service department at 877) TARINAT and give our CSR all the information needed. |

If I purchased a TARINA TARANTINO item at a department store, boutique or from another online retailer can I return it to you for exchange or repair? |

Yes! Unfortunately we can only repair Tarina Tarantino items that are purchased at another retailer. Just provide your receipt in the envelope or box when you send the broken piece(s) to our Return Department. Please contact one of our CSR's for further information regarding the cost and time frame you fall under at 877)TARINAT. |

Do you Gift Wrap? |

Yes, with an additional charge of $6. Gift wrapping means that the items you have purchased will arrive wrapped in fuchsia tissue inside of a beautiful TT pink logo box with a ribbon, gift tag, and logo postcard. Please, make sure to check the Gift Wrap option when checking out. |

I'm looking for a specific item, but I don't see it online. Can I still get it? |

If you know the name and/or description of the item, you may contact Customer Service at 877) TARINAT to see if it is possible to have this item made as a special order. Unfortunately, if the item can be made, it is Final Sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges. If we no longer carry the components for the item and it is discontinued, please refer to our Store Locator to find a retail store near you that may carry the item you are looking for. |

Please, choose your items carefully. Once orders have been made, they cannot be changed by you. Note, orders placed after 11amPST will not be charged or shipped until the following day so please contact one of our Sparkling Customer Service Representatives via email at service@tarinatarantino.com or by phone at 877) TARINAT to see if it is possible to make changes. Once charged and/or shipped, orders cannot be changed. |

Yes, just enter the desired ship address in the “shipping address” section of your shopping bag. |

Does someone have to sign for the package on delivery? |

No, you don’t need to sign for your package. If you are not at home when the package is delivered UPS will leave it for you on your door step or contact you for a convenient time of delivery or pick-up. After 3 attempts, your order will be shipped back to Tarina Tarantino Designs. |

Can I check my order status? |

You can track your order once it is shipped. Upon charging your credit card, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS or USPS tracking number, and a link to where you can track your shipping online. |
