Q:   What is Lucite?
A:   Lucite is a material that has both properties of plastic and glass and mirrors the clarity of glass. It is heavier in “feel” as compared to traditional plastics and is of the highest quality.
  
Q:   What’s the standard size on the necklace?
A:   A Standard Sized Necklace is 17” with a 4” extender for adjustability.
  
Q:   What’s the standard size on the bracelets?
A:   A Standard Sized Bracelet is 6.5” to 7” . Stretch bracelets are one size and stretch up to 8 inches.
  
Q:   Do you accommodate special requests?
A:   Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests at this time.
  
Q:   Do you Repair Jewelry ?
A:   Yes. We repair jewelry free of charge within 30 days of purchase from TarinaTarantino.com. After 30 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $7 per item depending on the item, plus shipping costs. As we do repair jewelry at our discretion, you must contact customer service for an RA# (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. You can obtain a RA# by emailing customer service at service@tarinatarantino.com. We reserve the right to refuse packages without an RA #, or an invoice.
  

Returns and Exchanges
Q:   I don't have my original invoice/packing slip, can my return still be accepted?
A:   You must present a copy of your invoice/ packing slip to accept any returns or repairs.
  
Q:   If I purchased a TARINA TARANTINO item at a department store, boutique or from another online retailer can I return it to you for exchange or repair?
A:   No. Unfortunately we can only accept items that were purchased through tarinatarantino.com
  

Shopping
Q:   Do you Gift Wrap?
A:   Yes, with an additional charge of $6. Gift wrapping means that the items you have purchased will arrive wrapped in fuchsia tissue inside of a beautiful TT pink logo box with a ribbon, gift tag, and logo postcard. Please, make sure to check the Gift Wrap option when checking out.
  
Q:   I'm looking for a specific item, but I don't see it online. Can I still get it?
A:   Unfortunately, if an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time. Please, refer to our Store Locator to find a retail store near you that may carry the item you are looking for.
  
Q:   When is my credit card charged?
A:   Your credit card will be charged upon shipment.
  
Q:   Is my credit card information secure?
A:   Yes, we do not keep any card information on file and all orders are processed through secure SSL servers.
  
Q:   How can I make changes to my order?
A:   Please, choose your items carefully. Once orders have been made, they cannot be changed.
  
Q:   Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A:   California Sales Tax will only apply to California residents.
  

Shipping
Q:   Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?
A:   Yes, just enter the desired ship address in the “shipping address” section of your shopping bag.
  
Q:   Does someone have to sign for the package on delivery?
A:   No, you don’t need to sign for your package. If you are not at home when the package is delivered USPS & UPS will contact you for a convenient time of delivery or pick-up.
  
Q:   Can I check my order status?
A:   You can track your order once it is shipped. Upon charging your credit card, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS or USPS tracking number, and a link to where you can track your shipping online.
