After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for UPS ground delivery and 3-5 business days (including Saturdays) for USPS Domestic Priority shipping. International orders shipped via USPS may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 4 weeks). Please note, TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of this via email. Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. TARINA TARANTINO is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.
TARINA TARANTINO is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico will be shipped 2nd Day Air.
International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping.
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:
Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.
UPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
TARINATARANTINO.COM wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 3 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn TARINATARANTINO.COM merchandise you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.
Please note that starting June 1st, 2010, TARINA TARANTINO will no longer be accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges on ANY earring style.
REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)
You can request an RA by emailing customer service at service@tarinatarantino.com . You can also log in to your customer profile. After logging in, from the Account Menu screen, view previous orders. Select the order details for the invoice in question. Scroll down to request a RA. You will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business hours. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is shipped after the 5 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper.
All TARINATARANTINO.COM merchandise must be returned with no signs of wear or adjustments, and the original invoice within 5 days of receipt. TARINATARANTINO.COM will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase. If the item is received back with signs of wear or damaged, it will be denied for return and will be sent back. In the event where an item is denied for return and sent back to customer, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to TARINATARANTINO.COM, please follow these four easy steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange. All repairs that do not fall under our warranty policy are subject to a $7 minimum charge plus a shipping fee, which may only be payable by cashier's check, money order, or credit card only. We no longer accept personal checks as a repair fee payment.
3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the invoice. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging. Packages must also be returned pre-paid. TARINATARANTINO.COM will not accept COD deliveries.
All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.

Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming.
Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.
Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.
Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning
solution or water.
